Warranty

Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Furniture Town Plus.

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Manufacture Warranty Period by the Manufacturer.

During the Warranty Period, The Product’s Manufacturer) will repair or replace any products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranties do not cover transportation costs of physical good for repair.

 

How long is product under warranty?

Furniture Town Plus will warranty physical goods for 7 days from the date of purchase. If after 7 days of purchase, warranty is under discretion of the manufacturer for up to one year of purchase date.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

Furniture Town Plus) will work together with the manufacture to either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

A replacement part(s) assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Warranties do not cover transportation costs of physical good for repair.

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship such as:

  • Customer modifications

  • Colorfastness or dye lot variations of fabrics

  • Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse or accidents

  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care (e.g. excessive pet hair)

  • Non-residential use or use for which the product was not designed

  • Settling of cushions due to normal wear and tear

  • Piling, wrinkling and seam separation due to customer modification, neglect or abuse

  • Fabric fading or discoloration due to elements such as sunlight

  • Water damage to electrical components

  • Natural wood grain characteristics
